Federated SNS

(1) The Provided Functions

1. Providing Web Apps
   Fujitsu provides a communication function that enables the large number of unspecified users to send, receive, and view text, image, and emoji information as messages, as well as a channel function enabling communication between specified users.
2. Providing Web APIs
   Fujitsu provides Web API functions for posting, retrieving, deleting, and searching messages, finding users, and creating and editing channels.

(2) Restrictions

1. The Provided Function does not permit use by a user under 16 years of age, nor does it permit the creation of an account by a third party on behalf of a user under 16 years of age.
2. The User shall use the Provided Function only for the purpose of technology verification using the Provided Function on the Portal and not for any other purpose. For the purpose of technical verification on the Portal, the Provided Function does not provide the reply function to a posted message or the emoji feedback function.
3. The User shall post the pseudo data for verification (“Pseudo Data”) on the Provided Function, which is created by Fujitsu or the User, and shall not post any other data on the Provided Function.
4. The creation of Pseudo Data by the User shall be in accordance with the "Criteria for Creating Pseudo Data for Posting on Federated SNS" (“Criteria”) set out in Article (3).
5. The User acknowledges that the Provided Function has the function to extract the inappropriate messages form the communication among the large number of unspecified people, and that Pseudo Data includes the inappropriate contents for the purpose of the verification. Further, the User shall not use Pseudo Data for any purpose other than the purpose of verification of the Provided Function.
6. The User uses the Pseudo Data including the inappropriate contents, for the verification of the Provided Function, at its responsibility and discretion. Fujitsu shall not be liable for any trouble among the Users or between the User and a third party, arising from Pseudo Data (which includes, but not limited to, the inappropriate contents), or for any disadvantage or damage incurred by the User due to such Pseudo Data.
7. Fujitsu does not warrant any accuracy, completeness, or fulfillment of the purpose with regard to the result of the use of Pseudo Data, and shall not be liable for any such result.

(3) Criteria for Creating Pseudo Data for Posting on Federated SNS

1. Criteria for a Real Person, Organization or Entity
   Pseudo Data shall not include any information of a real person, organization, entity, nation, race, ethnic group (including, but not limited to, their names, figures or suggestive expressions thereof), and the User shall create Pseudo Data by using fictitious names or figures.
2. Criteria for Expression Including Personal Information
   Pseudo Data shall not include any information that makes it possible to identify a person (including the information that makes it possible to identify a person if it is combined with other information, which includes the address, e-mail address, identity number, photo, image and IP address). Further, Pseudo Data shall not include the information that infringes on the third party rights including the portrait right, privacy right, publicity right.
3. Criteria for the Material Subject to the Third Party Copyright
   The act of uploading, sharing or distributing copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner, and causing Pseudo Data to include copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner is prohibited. Further, Pseudo Data shall not include the copyrighted material modified or edited without the permission of the copyright owner. The User is responsible for ensuring that he or she has all rights, including copyright, to the content he or she posts or that he or she has acquired the necessary rights. Moreover, if Pseudo Data quotes the material subject to a third party’s copyright, the proper method of quoting shall be observed.
4. Criteria for Other Inappropriate Pseudo Data
   Pseudo Data shall not include any obscene expression (i.e. the naked body or the sexual conduct per se) or any expression of violent acts.
