Federated SNS

(1) The Provided Functions

1. Providing Web Apps
   Fujitsu provides a communication function that enables the large number of unspecified users to send, receive, and view text, image, and emoji information as messages, as well as a channel function enabling communication between specified users.
2. Providing Web APIs
   Fujitsu provides Web API functions for posting, retrieving, deleting, and searching messages, finding users, and creating and editing channels.
3. Providing Generative AI chatbot
   Fujitsu provides a dialogue function with a generative AI, where users can receive text responses from the generative AI by posting text in a channel created by the user.

(2) Restrictions

1. The Provided Function does not permit use by a user under 16 years of age, nor does it permit the creation of an account by a third party on behalf of a user under 16 years of age.
2. The User shall use the Provided Function only for the purpose of technology verification using the Provided Function on the Portal and not for any other purpose. For the purpose of technical verification on the Portal, the Provided Function does not provide the reply function to a posted message or the emoji feedback function.
3. The output results from AI may contain falsehoods, biases, and/or content that infringes on the rights of others. Users should use this feature with the understanding that inaccuracies, inappropriate output results, and ethical concerns may arise. Users must verify the correctness of the output generated by the Provided Function themselves. Fujitsu does not guarantee any accuracy, completeness or achievement of the results of using the provided function, and assumes no responsibility for such results. If Users cause infringement of a third party's rights using the Provided Functions, Fujitsu shall not be liable for any damages caused to Users and/or any other third parties resulting from such infringement.
4. The use of the Provided Functions for the following purposes is prohibited:
   • Acts described in Article 11 (Prohibitions)
   • Engaging in unauthorized legal practice and/or providing legal advice from non-qualified professionals
   • Interfering with the operation of the Provided Function (excessive continuous posting, etc.)
5. The User shall be in accordance with the "Posting Guidelines on Federated SNS" set out in Article (3) for posting.

(3) Posting Guidelines on Federated SNS

1. Representation containing personal information
   Posts must not contain any personally identifiable information (It includes information such as addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, personal numbers, photographs, videos, and IP addresses of not only users but also third parties that cannot be individually identified but can be individually identified when combined with other information). The User must not post which contains information that violates the rights of third parties, such as the right to portraits, privacy, or publicity.
2. Expressions that infringe on the work of a third party
   Uploading, sharing, or distributing copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner is prohibited. Posting any work that has been altered or edited without the permission of the copyright owner is also prohibited. The User must have all rights, including copyright, or have acquired the necessary rights to the Content posted by yourself. In addition, in the case of quoting another person's work, appropriate methods of quoting shall be observed under copyright law.
3. Other inappropriate expressions, etc.
   Posts must not contain obscene depictions (nudity or sexual behavior itself) or depictions of acts of violence.
