(1) Provided Service

Field Work Arena provides an evaluation service for AI agents using evaluation data and associated algorithms (hereinafter the "Service"). The User executes certain AI agent using evaluation data (hereinafter the "Evaluation Data") and source code (hereinafter the "Evaluation Program") provided by Fujitsu based on the User's request and submits the execution results (including results output by the Evaluation Program, hereinafter the "Execution Results") to Fujitsu. Fujitsu then provides the User with the final AI agent evaluation results (hereinafter the "Evaluation Results").

(2) Restrictions

In addition to Article 13 (Restrictions and Precautions), the following restrictions apply:

  1. This Service is only available to the Users residing in countries as defined in Article 2 (Prerequisites), Section 1 of Terms of Use and who possess a verifiable institutional email address, as approved by Fujitsu.
  2. The User may use the Service only for its own research purposes.
  3. The User shall comply with the terms of service of the AI agent being evaluated when using the Service.
  4. The User shall not commission any work related to the use of the Service to any third party.
  5. The User must comply with the applicable license terms for the Evaluation Program when using it.
  6. The User shall use only the Evaluation Program and the Evaluation Data when evaluating the AI agent under the Service.
  7. The User shall treat the Evaluation Data as Personal Information as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of Japanese Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
  8. The User shall not disclose, provide, transfer, or lend the Evaluation Data to any third party. Furthermore, the User shall not use the Evaluation Data for any purpose other than the use of the Service.
  9. The User shall not copy or modify (including but not limited to remixing, transforming, or constructing) the Evaluation Data.
  10. The User shall immediately delete the Evaluation Data i) upon request from Fujitsu, or any individual included in the Evaluation Data or its affiliated institution, or ii) upon termination of its use of the Service.
  11. The User shall notify Fujitsu in advance of any mention of the Service, the Execution Results and the Evaluation Results in publications such as papers, and shall follow Fujitsu’s instructions regarding citations and other related matters.
  12. Fujitsu may delete the Execution Results provided by the User after a certain period without obtaining the User's consent.
(3) Use of Evaluation Results
  1. The User acknowledges that i) the Evaluation Results are intended to assist human in the evaluation of AI agent performance, ii) there may be necessary factors beyond those used in the Evaluation Results for a complete performance assessment, and iii) the method used to calculate the Evaluation Results is not guaranteed or certified by any third-party organization.
  2. The User shall independently verify the actual usability of the AI agent and validity of the Evaluation Results outside of the Service.
  3. Fujitsu does not make any guarantee and/or warranties with respect to the accuracy, completeness, and/or achievement of the purpose of the Users, etc, by the Evaluation Results, and Fujitsu shall not be responsible for the Evaluation Results.
