Policy Twin

(1) The Provided Functions

Fujitsu provides a trial environment in which users can experience ‘Policy Twin’ using evidence such as information and performance data that have important implications for measuring the effects of policies.

(2) Restrictions

In addition to the restrictions provided in article (3) of section 7, section 11 and other provisions of this Terms of Use, the User shall comply with the following restrictions:

1. The file size of the upload data cannot exceed 5MB at one time.
2. The uploaded data in this Provided Function shall be deleted after a Fujitsu’s prescribed certain period without any notice to the User and obtaining the consent of the User.
3. The transaction shall be automatically suspended in case the processing time of the Provided Functions exceeds the Fujitsu’s prescribed certain time.
4. The results of the Provided Functions shall be only available to the User itself.
5. Fujitsu may restart, stop or suspend the Provided Function, or delete the uploaded data in this Provided Function (including the case of maintenance hours or system failure) and shall not be liable for any damage and/or potential or actual impacts thereof, express or implied.
6. Fujitsu shall not be liable for the results of the User's use of the Provided Function. Furthermore, Fujitsu shall not guarantee that the User will achieve any results based on the Provided Function or any specific results, etc..
